Workshops
Kate has worked with The Newham based youth choir Solid Harmony and is featured on their website. She has regularly taught vocals on the Greenwich Summer Music residential for schools.
Kate offers workshops as follows:
Sound Healing - an introduction to sound as a healing tool.
The Runa Megin - a system of runic spiritual practise using posture, movement and sound.
Shamanic Healing
Kate trained as a Shamanic Healer at the Isle of Avalon Foundation on the Way of the Kestrel course. She currently practises as a healer and rune reader from the Equinox Shop in Westcliff on Sea.
She works with the different layers of being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual to release blocks through sound/energy healing and a range of shamanic techniques including Sound healing, Emotional block work, Regression and Soul Retrieval.
